remember the 10-year-old canadian cutie who went viral with her cover of lady gaga's "born this way?" well, she's gone more than viral - she's gone full fledged pop star. maria aragon joined gaga onstage last night at gaga's monster ball tour stop in toronto. gaga and maria played the piano and sang "born this way" together on stage. while gaga over-shadowed the pint-sized pop prodigy a little, maria was able to hold her own on stage. check out the clip above (look out for gaga trying to hold back her tears). if the mother/daughter relationship that came across on stage is any indication, i'd say big things are ahead for maria. i'm guessing she'll be signing with the haus of gaga any day now.
britney $pears?
should brit brit add a dollar sign to her name? by the sound of the second song off spear's new album, femme fatale, she definitely should. none other than the queen of dirty pop - ke$ha - penned "till the world ends." surprising, right? while i like hearing britney's vocals on a very ke-dollarsign-ha song, i think it would've been cooler to hear the princess and punk of pop hit the recording studio together. check out "till the world ends" above - it's available on itunes now if you can't get enough.
