from the infectious repetition, to the auto-tuned talk-singing, to the rando 30-something rapper, rebecca black's "friday" is the latest so-bad-it's-good music video to go viral. apparently all you need to have a music career today is a slight resemblance to victoria justice or selena gomez, and a $100 production budget. previously unknown, black's name is all over the internets thanks to "friday," which features lyrics like "kickin' in the front seat, sittin' in the back seat - gotta make my mind up, which seat can i take?" and "yesterday was thursday (thursday). today it is friday (friday). we we we so excited ... tomorrow is saturday, and sunday comes afterwards." i can't wait to see what's next for black. you know she'll ride this out for as long as possible. maybe she can make a song for every day of the week? it would be like someone reading their day planner aloud to you!
